Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG
Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG is a sweet, red dessert wine produced in the Italian Valpolicella wine region,
located in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. It is made from dried Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. The drying ("fruttaio")
takes place until the grapes have lost at least half of their original weight. Recioto is known for its complex, sweet flavors and notes of
dried fruit and spices.
This sweet red Recioto della Valpolicella pairs well with old cheeses ad well as dark chocolate. You can serve it both chilled as well as at around
18 degrees Celsius.
